IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL EMPLOYERS WITH ON-LINE CLAIMS ACCESS
Access to the FCS claims system will include two-factor identification effective August 1, 2022.
When logging into the FCS On-Line Claims System, the participant will receive an immediate email notification with a six-digit numerical code that must be entered, as well as the user password. We are taking this additional step to further ensure secure system access for our clients and end users.
Changes Ahead
The Workers’ Compensation Board is instituting many changes to the Medical Treatment Guidelines, Prescription Drug regulations, and the manner in which medical providers can request approval for treatment of workers’ compensation claimants. All requests must arrive to FCS electronically, from New York based and out of state treating physicians. Physicians have been asked to register with the NYS Workers’ Compensation On-Board system to request treatment and medications.

FCS Administrators is committed to maintaining uninterrupted service to our clients through the new challenges presented by the novel coronavirus pandemic, while also ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of our colleagues, clients, and community.
Most of our claims professionals are working from home with full access to all aspects of their work, phone and emails. We do have a few staffers in the office each day because moving paper and processing checks cannot be accomplished remotely. Our downsized office staff is working in two shifts in order to maximize social distancing and ensure that checks and mail are being processed timely and accurately.
Our goal is to maintain maximum responsiveness to our valued clients regardless of these newly enacted precautionary measures. As the President of FCS, I am accessible through normal business channels, as are our managers, nurses, claims professionals, IT, Finance and support staff. We encourage you to keep in close contact with us with questions and concerns.
FCS is optimistic that our “new normal” work life will be temporary. FCS is committed to keeping you advised of any changes that may continue to occur. The key to assuring high quality services during this pandemic is the fact that our technological capabilities far surpass industry standards and can easily accommodate these adjustments without interruption to you.
